$19.99 Fiber/Cable Internet Eligibility: To be eligible, customers must be new Kinetic Broadband Internet customers (i.e., have not received Kinetic Internet service within the past 30 days). Pricing varies based on service availability, and some locations may qualify for a starting price of $49.99. The everyday price is based on 100 Mbps service and includes a $5/month AutoPay bill credit.
Printed bills are subject to a $4/month paper billing fee (excluding customers in MN, NE, NM, NY, OK, PA, TX, or where otherwise prohibited by law). The AutoPay credit requires separate enrollment through the Go Kinetic Portal at Go Kinetic Portal or by contacting Customer Service at 877-807-9463. Following enrollment, the $5 AutoPay credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear on the customer's bill.
